Yes, we only rent the space.

No, there are a few on the patio and inside booths but we cannot guarantee access.

Yes, we are open Friday May 12th from 5:30 to 7:30 for setup.

Yes, Friday from 7:30pm to 6:30am Saturday

If the event is canceled we will refund your money.

Outside booths can park one car/truck behind there booths, inside/patio booths park in the parking lot inside the gate.

We normally have food vendors there if one registers.

We will have charities there to receive any items that you want to leave them, but you must bring it to them at the gate.

In the past 4 years we have had 1500 to 2000 visitors.

For vendors - yes; a donation of $2.00 is asked per car to help local charities.

You may only enter through the main gate from 5:30am to 7:00am

No, this is a very fluid list.

Yes most spaces are paved except the #600’s outside booths as marked on map.

No spaces are held until payment is made, so booths are assigned as first come first served. We will rent open unsold booths (if any) on the day of the event for an additional $5.00.

Yes, we have setup a PayPal account for that and is part of your registration.

The numbers may have changed this year, but you choose your booth at registration.

No, this is an open event. We have no way to control that part of registration.

Gates close at 2:00 pm on Saturday May 13th

Yes, no alcohol, firearms, any items restricted by law to sell in Columbia County or Georgia. Only Coke products may be sold/served on the fairgrounds.

No due to the amount of small children, we don’t allow any vehicles in the gates after the opening of the sale, unless approved by the Rotarian at the main gate.
